How quickly can you complete a verification?

Most single verifications are completed within 24-48 hours of receiving all required documents. Identity checks are typically faster, while employment verifications depend on employer response times. Urgent processing is available for an additional fee.

What documents do you need from me?

This depends on the service selected. At minimum, we need clear copies or scans of the documents to be verified. For employment checks, we need written consent from the applicant. Full requirements are provided when you place an order.

Do you work with residential landlords or only agencies?

We work with both. Individual landlords renting out one or two properties use our services just as frequently as large letting agencies.

How secure is the information I submit?

All data is transmitted via encrypted channels and stored on secure servers. We're registered with the ICO and follow strict GDPR protocols. Documents are retained only as long as legally required, then securely destroyed.

What happens if a document turns out to be fraudulent?

Our report will clearly indicate if we've identified signs of forgery or manipulation. We document specific concerns but do not make final determinations about legal action—that remains your decision based on our findings.

Can I get a refund if the verification shows the applicant was dishonest?

Our fee covers the verification work performed, regardless of outcome. We don't offer refunds based on results, as the service has been delivered. However, discovering fraud before signing a tenancy agreement typically saves far more than the verification cost.
